Delivery Schedule
Please allow a full day for accepting deliveries, they will take place on a working day (Monday to Friday) between 08.00 and 18.00.
If you are out when our couriers deliver, they will try a neighbour (unless you specify otherwise) or they will leave a calling card, this card will be put through your letterbox and will contain information about your delivery, including your consignment number (this will begin with the letters OVT) and a contact telephone number for the couriers, so that you are able to re-arrange the delivery, the card will also inform you of what time they made the attempt.
To make delivery more successful, you are able to leave delivery instructions when you place your order.
Tracking Your Order
When your goods leave us we will email you with confirmation details and a City Link tracking number. By using your tracking number you will be able to track its progress from midnight on the day of shipping. Please clink here to visit the City Link website tracking system.
